I live in Singapore. What are my delivery options?
We mail orders via SingPost. You will have the option of Normal Mail and Registered Mail. Registered Mail is encouraged as you will be able to track your parcels and delivery time is shorter. Shipping fee is capped at SGD 5 for delivery within Singapore.
Please understand we will not be liable for lost packages under Normal Mail after they are mailed out.

We only provide Registered Mail options for international shipping for efficiency and tracking purposes.
Please note that we are unable to ship liquids e.g. Glow Serum, Rosewater Toner overseas.

Why did I receive plastic packaging?
We use minimal plastic when packing your orders for delivery. While we would love to go plastic-free, it is also important to us that your purchases get delivered safely without damages. All plastic packaging used e.g. bubble wraps, styrofoams etc are all collected from friends and family to be re-purposed. We never purchase new ones.
Why did I receive my purchases in a used cardboard box?
For products that we are unable to fit into our paper envelopes, we pack them in cardboard boxes. These cardboard boxes are collected from friends, family, provision shops etc to be reused. We only reuse clean ones to pack your purchases so please do not mind it.
I received damaged / defective products. What should I do?
We take absolute care in checking and packing the products to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipping it to you. However, we understand that items may be damaged during transit and will work with you to find a best solution. Please email email@example.com with your concerns within 7 days of delivery.
