I live in Singapore. What are my delivery options?

Depending on the items you are purchasing, we will arrange for Normal Mail or  Door-to-Door Delivery. Alternatively, you may also select "Self pick-up" option upon check-out to collect your purchases from Bugis Junction (Mon-Fri). We will be in touch via email to arrange a collection time. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order.

 

Do you do international shipping?

We do not provide international shipping at the moment but may explore that option in the near future. Do connect with us via email if you are living abroad, we can discuss custom delivery options just for you.

 

I received damaged / defective products. What should I do?

We take absolute care in checking and packing the products to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipping it to you. However, we understand that items may be damaged during transit and will work with you to find a best solution. Please email yoursustainablestore@gmail.com with your concerns within 7 days of delivery.
