Do you have a physical store or stockists?
We only have an online presence at the moment to keep operating costs low. All orders are facilitated through our website and we look forward to receiving yours.
I live in Singapore. What are my delivery options?
We mail Normal Mail orders via SingPost. Please understand we will not be liable for lost packages under Normal Mail after they are mailed out.
You also have the option of Door-to-Door Courier Delivery Service capped at only SGD 5. This option is highly encouraged as you will be able to track your parcels and delivery time is shorter.
We offer complimentary Door-to-Door Courier Delivery for all orders SGD 80 and above.
Do you do international shipping?
We provide cross border shipping to the following countries via a courier service:
- Australia - from SGD 18 with tracking
- Indonesia - from SGD 13 with tracking
- Malaysia - from SGD 6 with tracking
- Philippines - from SGD 12 with tracking
- South Korea - from SGD 9 with tracking
- Thailand - from SGD 11 with tracking
- Vietnam - from SGD 12 with tracking

Due to cross border shipment regulations, we will not be able to ship liquid products internationally.
Why did I receive plastic packaging?
We use minimal plastic when packing your orders for delivery. While we would love to go plastic-free, it is also important to us that your purchases get delivered safely without damages. All plastic packaging used e.g. bubble wraps, styrofoams etc are all collected from friends and family to be re-purposed. We never purchase new ones.
Why did I receive my purchases in a used cardboard box?
For products that we are unable to fit into paper envelopes, we pack them in cardboard boxes. These cardboard boxes are collected from friends, family, provision shops etc to be reused, in an effort to reduce packaging waste. We only reuse clean ones to pack your purchases, please do not mind it.
Do you do custom or bulk purchase orders?
Yes, we are able to customize some products and offer bulk purchase prices. Please drop us an email at yoursustainablestore@gmail.com with your requirements.
I received damaged / defective products. What should I do?
We take absolute care in checking and packing the products to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipping it to you. However, we understand that items may be damaged during transit and will work with you to find a best solution. Please email yoursustainablestore@gmail.com with your concerns within 7 days of delivery.
