Product use

• Inhale it using a diffuser or a homemade spray with other complementary essential oils; natural alternative for asthma relief, sinusitis, spasmodic coughing, nausea and fainting
• If you have an itchy scalp and/or dandruff, try applying diluted Peppermint Oil The menthol in the Peppermint Oil dilates blood vessels and improves blood flow
• Natural alternative for insect repellent
• Peppermint Oil can be digested and is great for relieving heartburn, nausea, indigestion, gastric troubles, and diarrhea; put it in a relaxing tea of your choice
• Recommended diffuser blend - 2 drops of Peppermint Oil, 2 drops of Nilgiri Eucalyptus Oil, 2 drops of Rosemary Oil

Product caution

• You must dilute this oil as it is potent. Not doing so might result in the skin feeling uncomfortable due to the cooling effect of the menthol and might give a “burning” sensation
