Oregano is not only delicious in Sunday night’s pizza - this fragrant herb boasts many health benefits when used in essential oil form. It is packed with fat-burning properties and antioxidants which can get rid of those stubborn belly rolls (from too much pizza) and bring your skin back to its soft, glowing glory. Oregano Oil also helps to clear your lungs, boost your immune system, and cleanse the air. 

Product use

• Adding a drop of Oregano Oil to your pot of tea or bowl of pasta can bring much needed freshness to your food and also aid digestion
• Use as a disinfectant; 10 drops of Hungarian Oregano Oil to 400 ml of water or isopropyl alcohol. Shake well and use
• Use as a tonic for psoriasis; 5 drops of Hungarian Oregano Oil to 1 tablespoon of Avocado Oil. Mix and apply to the affected area
• Recommended diffuser blend - 2 drops of Hungarian Oregano Oil, 2 drops of Himalayan Cedarwood Oil, 1 drop of Eucalyptus Oil

Product caution

• Oregano Oil is a strong oil and should always be diluted with a carrier oil; pairs best with Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil
• Do not ingest Oregano Oil directly as it can cause nausea
• If you are adding it to food, no more than 1 drop per big bowl of food
